HOUSTON (June 23, 2026) – XCEL Holdco has positioned its corporate headquarters in Pasadena, Texas, strengthening the company’s presence in the Gulf Coast region for continued growth across the industrial service divisions.

The decision to make the Pasadena office its corporate home reflects XCEL’s continued commitment to delivering innovative inspection, integrity and reliability solutions while remaining close to the industries and customers it serves.

This location will serve as a strategic hub for operations, client support and regional leadership for XCEL and Integrity Assessment Group (IAG), supporting customers throughout the petrochemical, pipeline, manufacturing, power generation and industrial sectors.

Located in the heart of the nation’s most active industrial corridors, the Pasadena facility enhances XCEL’s ability to support turnaround activity, asset integrity programs, nondestructive testing services, mechanical integrity, and maintenance and rehabilitation initiatives throughout the Gulf Coast region.

XCEL Holdco appoints James Stoddard as Chief Financial Officer

HOUSTON – XCEL Holdco (XCEL) has appointed James Stoddard as chief financial officer (CFO).

In this role, Stoddard will oversee XCEL’s short and long-term financial strategy, M&A strategy and integration, financial planning and analysis, and capital growth initiatives supporting XCEL’s expansion and commitment to operational excellence.

Stoddard brings more than 25 years of financial leadership experience across finance, operations, corporate and business strategy and M&A with various private equity-backed industrial service organizations. Over the last 13+ years he has led financial transformation initiatives, acquisition integrations and strategic growth programs. Earlier in his career, he held senior advisory roles at Alvarez & Marsal and Ernst & Young.
